*All relevant paperwork, together with instructions as to how to proceed, for anyone wishing to donate blood samples from healthy ESS over the age of 7 years, for either, or both, the (Cambridge) Chronic Hepatitis Study and (AHT) Mammary Tumour Research project, can NOW be downloaded from:

- just go to the dropdown _Health & Welfare_ icon and highlight > "_Blood sample request_".
Then simply follow the instructions and away you go!*
